New Tunes: Oblivians - Desperation

Lo-fi Memphis garage rock legends the Oblivians have released their first new album in over fifteen years, Desperation,  and it's like they never left.  Still old school lo-fi equipment via Mr. Auerbach's studio and still the no bass two guitar set up, this shit sounds dirty and this shit sounds fast. Tapping Quintron and Miss Pussycat for a song keeps it fresh in the middle and with continued involvement in bands like The Compulsive Gamblers and Reigning Sound you know the rock and roll fire still burns bright. Pretty stoked on this and you should be too...
