Morning Hype! Wooden Indian Burial Ground

Good times psychedelic garage rock from Portland, Oregon. These guys released their self tiled debut in October 2012 and look to be true road warriors with a seemingly never ending list of shows on their docket. Having already played shows with BrickBackground favs The Spyrals and Ty Segall's latest endeavor Fuzz earlier this year, they're rolling through Philly this Wednesday night for an upstairs show at Kung Fu Necktie. And with the lady friend leaving town for a week that same day it would appear I now have one less night to sit at home on the couch feeling sorry for myself. Below is the opening track from the aforementioned debut LP and a song  from their 2012 10" E.P.( which is also a fantastic video).  Definitely a band to keep an eye on in the Pacific Northwest's burgeoning garage rock scene.
